Yes, absolutely! PGx testing can be either reactive or preemptive. Reactive PGx testing is done after a disease is diagnosed and drug therapy is needed or in response to medication adverse effects. Preemptive testing, on the other hand, is done before a disease diagnosis and drug therapy is needed.
Preemptive testing is beneficial so you know how you will respond to many medications prior to being prescribed anything! PGx testing results are good for life, once you have the data there is not need to re-test!
Be proactive and know your genetics before you need a medication!

Unfortunately, we do not take insurance at this time. However, we do accept HSA/FSA and may be able to use Medicare and Medicaid to purchase the pharmacogenomic test.
We offer multiple affordable payment plans and if none of our plans work for your needs, let us know and we are more than willing to work with you to schedule a personalized payment plan!
